To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your product or offer a store credit when the item is returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned with purchase receipt, all tags, in original condition and in undamaged packaging when applicable. All postage costs are at the customer's expense. 

Store credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of issue.

We do not exchange or accept returns on sale and discounted items, please choose carefully. All items in our Outlet are a final purchase, no refund, exchange or credit note is applicable. Unless faulty

We do not exchange or accept returns on pre-orders or on items which are special ordered for you eg. prams, cots and car seats.

Please note that any fees charged to Royal Bubs n Tots from third party finance companies are to be paid by the customer in the event that a sale is not finalised due to circumstances outside of Royal Bubs n Tot's control.  

If an item is faulty please contact our store within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Lay - By cancellations have a 20% non - refundable deposit
