RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Meraki Edit & Royal Bubs n Tots
Thank you for shopping with us. This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made from The Meraki Edit and Royal Bubs n Tots, both in-store and online.
CHANGE OF MIND
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
Clean, unmarked and suitable for resale
In original packaging, where applicable
Returned with all original tags attached and in their original condition
Accompanied by the original receipt, either printed or emailed
Tags must not be removed, altered, written on, damaged, or have prices crossed out or covered. This includes items purchased as gifts.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, marked, stained or soiled.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
FOOTWEAR
Please try footwear on indoors and on a clean surface.
Footwear returned for change of mind must be unworn and returned with clean, unmarked soles and its original box and packaging.
Footwear showing signs of outdoor wear, dirt, mud, scuffing or other use will not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
HYGIENE & EXCLUDED ITEMS
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This includes books, underwear, nursing products, food, jewellery, sleep garments and other hygiene-sensitive products where a return would make the item unsuitable for resale.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale, discounted and Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, exchange or store credit.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
While we take care when packing orders, mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us before wearing or using the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund and the return of the incorrectly supplied item.
We will cover reasonable return postage costs where an item has been incorrectly supplied by us.
Incorrectly supplied items must be returned unworn, unused and in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, marked, stained, soiled or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return or refund on the basis that the incorrect item was supplied.
The Meraki Edit and Royal Bubs n Tots sell new products only. Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be sold as new.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your original receipt and details of the issue.
We may need to inspect or assess the item before determining the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.
PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS
Pre-orders and specially ordered items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for change of mind.
PROOF OF PURCHASE & GIFT RETURNS
An original receipt, either printed or emailed, is required for all returns and exchanges.
Items received as gifts are still subject to the conditions of this Returns & Exchange Policy.
All original tags must remain attached and in their original condition. Tags must not be altered, written on, damaged, or have prices crossed out or covered.
Where a gift is eligible for a change-of-mind return, an exchange or store credit will be offered. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit issued by The Meraki Edit or Royal Bubs n Tots does not expire.
Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
LAY-BY
Cancellation of a lay-by is subject to a fee equal to 20% of the total purchase price.
Any applicable refund will be calculated after the cancellation fee has been deducted.
INSURANCE QUOTES
Insurance quotes are subject to a $100 quote fee.
Quote cancellations are 100% non-refundable.
THIRD-PARTY FINANCE FEES
Any fees charged to The Meraki Edit or Royal Bubs n Tots by third-party finance companies due to circumstances outside our control must be paid by the customer if a sale is not finalised.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
Where an item has been incorrectly supplied by us, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
All returned items are inspected before an exchange, store credit, replacement or refund is processed.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantees automatically apply to goods sold in Australia. If an item does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
